Furthermore, we urge all riders to prioritize general safety measures, such as ensuring pets remain inside the car and keeping windows rolled up throughout the entire ZippyPET ride, among other precautions.
Be prepared to wait for the driver at the pick up location once you have matched with a driver to avoid being charged the Cancellation and Waiting Time fees.
Take a moment to message your driver to confirm the upcoming trip and provide any helpful details to ensure a smooth pick up. If you have specific preferences, such as a preferred travel route, feel free to communicate them with the driver before the trip begins to ensure a mutually agreeable arrangement. This proactive communication will help facilitate a smoother ride for both parties!
Remember to be courteous to your driver and express your gratitude after the ride. If you had a pleasant experience, don’t hesitate to offer a compliment on their service.
Conversely, if your experience was not up to your expectations, we encourage you to leave constructive feedback for the driver to help them improve. Please refrain from using slurs or personal insults. Let’s maintain a respectful and supportive environment for both riders and drivers alike.
Drivers are required to strictly follow all driving rules and regulations for the safety of our riders and the community. This includes but is not limited to adhering to speed limits, obeying road signs, and ensuring seatbelts are worn throughout the entire ride.
Furthermore, drivers are prohibited from using their phones while driving to maintain focus and minimize distractions.
Upon accepting the trip, please proceed directly to the rider’s pick-up location without delay.
Drop your rider a message to let them know you are on your way along with your estimated time of arrival in case of delays. Upon arrival, confirm the destination with your rider.
Treat your rider with kindness and respect. Any form of physical or verbal assault, harassment, or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited on our platform. Avoid making comments about appearance, race, religion, or personal beliefs.
Additionally, contacting your rider after the trip has ended is not allowed. Let’s create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
